Taste: An explosion of sun richly ripened raspberries, softening to strawberries with a lift of black pepper to the finish. This wine is pumped over twice daily in its Inox vats ensuring that full flavour and great structure. Excellent food wine and goes well with mildly spiced or fiery tomato, roasted pepper dishes
