Lightly aged in barrique which gives it some delicious complexity without over-doing it. Some weight & body to the wine yet retaining acidity. Smell of ripe citrus & slight lanolin. Mouth filling light tropical fruits & ripe apples, Tarte tatin, Sauvignon blanc 57%, Semillon 29%, sauvignon gris 14%
