The Saint M 2021 Cru Classé from Château Saint-Maur is a fine and elegant classified cru rosé. Pleasing amount of complexity. Full of strawberries & cream. Well balanced, round & gourmand. Justified in it’s Cru Classé! Would also make an excellent food wine.
