This winemaker Thierry Drouin is situated in a small picturesque village below the rocky outcrop of Vergisson and with panoramic views of the rock of Solûtre. Brothers Thierry & Charles farm several parcels of land (typical of Burgundy) on limestone & clay soils that give the character & interest to their wines. A pale yellow, gold colour chardonnay with slithers of silver. Fruity wines, opening with aromas of ripe orchard fruits combining pear with apple, apricot, and peach, along with hints of quince that are characteristic of the appellation. Rich flavour & bright acidity typcial of a good Mâconnais wine. Parcel names may change with availability
