Wine Tasting Experience #1
Exploration Flight
Learn the correct approach to tasting wines, how to serve them correctly and what senses and criteria you use to assess each wine objectively.
You will taste 6 wines from different appellations – 3 white wines and 3 red wines. You will learn about the characteristics of each wine and how to recognise them. You will learn about the different grape varieties used, how the wine is made and how the climate and the soil has a unique effect on each wine. The wines will be typical of the region with one interesting comparison from another well- known wine region of France.

Wine Tasting Experience #2
Direct Flight – Bergerac to Bordeaux
You will taste 6 wines from different appellations – 2 white wines and 4 red wines. We will start in Bergerac, the often under-estimated wine region of south west France and compare to wines from the famous Bordeaux region. You will learn about the characteristics of each wine and how to recognise them. You will learn about the different grape varieties used, how the wine is made and how the climate & the soil has a unique effect on each wine.

Wine Tasting Experience #3
PRESTIGE FLIGHT
Learn the correct approach to tasting wines, how to serve them correctly and what senses and criteria you use to assess each wine objectively.
You will taste 6 wines from different appellations – 3 premium white wines and 3 premium red wines. The whites will include a top quality Graves, a Burgundy and a Sauternes. The reds will include a Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé, a Pomerol and a top rate Médoc from Margaux / Saint Julien.
You will learn about the characteristics of each wine and how to recognise them. You will learn about the different grape varieties used, how the wine is made and how the climate and the soil has a unique effect on each wine.

Have your wine tasting tailor-made to include wines that you would like to focus on – whether that is all red wines, or a range of wines from specified appellations.
